Darrell Manning, March 27, at Gowen Field in Boise, Idaho. Farman Street, named for a French aviation pioneer, was renamed Gen. Manning Avenue in honor of the 41-year military veteran and Preston, Idaho, native who retired as the senior military official in Idaho in 1995.
