SNCO needed to lead Student Flight

GOWEN FIELD, Boise, Idaho -- Are you looking for an opportunity to directly affect the future of the Idaho ANG? How many part time jobs allow you to put your finger prints on the very thing that drives our future: new enlistees?

We are looking for a Senior NCO who will have the primary responsibility for management of the Student Flight during drill weekends.

Students are largely non-prior service enlistees who have yet to ship to Basic Training. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Develop an Operational Instruction.
· Develop and execute curriculum.
· Develop curriculum into written blocks of instruction that cover a wide range of Air Force topics.
· Schedule speakers and instructors each month.
· Work closely with volunteer instructors to ensure consistent, quality instruction.
· Coordinate with commanders to develop and maintain support for volunteer instructors used on UTAs.
· Maintain roll of students for pay purposes.
· Provide guidance and counseling as needed.
· Liaison with the Airman's, NCO, First Sergeants and Chiefs councils for support and instruction.

Additionally, this Flight Chief should project the military image new recruits will be exposed to, both in appearance and attitude. Experience with course development, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), and public speaking is a plus.
