C-130 pilot eclipses 5,000 Herk hours

GOWEN FIELD, Boise, Idaho -- Lt. Col. Craig Logan became only the second wing member to achieve more than 5,000 hours of C-130 flying time. Lockheed-Martin, maker of the mighty Herc, sent a 5,000 hour pin and certificate recognizing Logan for his milestone. During his career, Logan has logged combined combat and combat support hours of 373, during 193 combined combat and combat support sorties. He was presented the award by Staff Sgt. George Lewis, who has the most C-130 flying time in the wing, with more than 7,000 hours.
